    • Users can opt out of logging prompts and completions, which are used to improve anonymous analytics features like classification. This preference can be managed in the Privacy section of the account page.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • Account Management: To set up and maintain your account.
  • Service Improvement: To improve our services.
  • Billing: For billing purposes.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except for certain service providers, including:

  • Analytics Services: Such as Google Analytics.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: Such as Clerk.
  • Email Authentication: If you sign in with email, we collect and process your email address and one‑time verification codes for the purpose of account creation and login. We may use email delivery vendors (as processors) to send verification emails; they process data only under our instructions.

These third parties only have access to your information as necessary to perform their functions and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

AI Model Providers:

  • Generally store prompt data transiently or not at all.
  • A few provide lower pricing if they can collect prompts anonymously.

4. User Rights and Choices

  • Update Personal Information: You can update your personal information via the user interface on our platform.
  • Delete Account and Personal Data: To request deletion of your account and personal data, visit your settings page and click on "Manage Account".

We use cookies to store session information about you to enhance your experience on our platform. By using our Services, you agree to our use of these methods.

6. International Data Transfers

We operate globally and your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent UK international data transfer mechanisms, and we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.

13. Regional Supplements

13.1 EU/EEA/UK (GDPR)

  • Controller: Sixlove, LLC (and its affiliates, as applicable)
  • Legal bases: We process personal data when one of the following applies: (a) consent; (b) contract performance (e.g., to provide the Service); (c) legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve the Service); (d) compliance with legal obligations.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Exercising rights: Submit requests via Delete Data or email our support. We may request verification information.
  • International transfers: See section 6 for safeguards (SCCs/UK IDTA).

13.2 United States (CCPA/CPRA – California residents)

  • Notice of collection: We collect identifiers (e.g., email), internet activity, and limited inferences as described above. We do not sell personal information, nor do we share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
  • Your rights: right to know, delete, correct, and to opt‑out of sale/sharing; right to non‑discrimination for exercising your rights.
  • How to exercise: Submit a request at Delete Data or email support. If using an authorized agent, we may require signed permission and verification.
