Delete Data Request

If you would like to request deletion of your account and personal data, you can either submit an email request using the form below on this page or follow the steps in the app:

1. Open the app and ensure you are logged in with the account you want to delete.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion request and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you cannot access the app, please contact us via email and include the following information:

• Your registered email or phone number
• Country/region
• A brief description of your request

We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
