What is Conversational AI?

Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) are algorithmic machine based applications designed to interact with customers using natural, or conversational language.  AI can be used for a variety of human interactions. Their levels of sophistication range from small do- it-yourself to large predictive models, and depending on their complexity, they can be implemented to continuously learn and improve their effectiveness. 

How is AI being used for business?

Typically, AI is used on consumer facing web pages or customer service telephone voice assistants to help users access information about products and services, get answers to commonly asked questions, or to assist with completion of a purchase or other online transaction. Usage of conversational AI is as varied as the businesses that leverage this emerging technology.
